Today's society is not attuned to the diversity in which we live. Nor to the speed at which this happens. This creates gaps in today's supply. The existing civil society, schools, and government cannot provide an answer to all these rapid changes and their consequences. As a citizen in a big city, you often witness subtle and less subtle exclusion mechanisms. Experiencing this yourself causes frustration, low self-esteem, and uncertainty.
